About us

We are a family-run business based in the heart of Sandbach.

We are a couple with two wonderful girls, and for us hosting is more than just providing accommodation.

Our passion has always been to offer more than just a place to stay. We wanted to create homes that guests could enjoy.

From the very beginning, our vision has been to create beautiful, welcoming homes where every detail is thoughtfully considered. We personally take care of everything, from refurbishing and decorating.

Our journey began in 2024 with the opening of our first property, That's Amore House.  

It was the start of something truly special for our family .

In 2026, we were proud to expand our little business with the launch of our second property, Rosie House , another space created with the same care, warmth, and attention to detail that defines everything we do.

We always give our very best, putting love and care into every stay, and it truly means the world to us to know our guests enjoy and appreciate what we have created.

The houses are located 10 to 15 minutes walk from Sandbach Town.

Conveniently situate just off junction 17 of the M6, Sandbach boasts easy access via both road and rail, with a nearby train station.
A short drive away, an array of attractions awaits, including Chester, Cheshire Oaks, The Trafford Center, Manchester, Liverpool, Delamere Forest, Tatton Park, Trentham Gardens, Bridgemore, Oulton Park, Knutsford, Alderley Edge, and The Peak District.

From family adventures at Wheelock Farm to leisurely strolls through Brereton Heath

Local Nature Reserve and Sandbach Park, theirs something for everyone.

Both properties are fully equipped to provide a comfortable and convenient stay for guests.

They include a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, comfortable living areas, and dining spaces suitable for relaxing or enjoying meals together.

Fresh bedding and towels are provided, and guests can also benefit from laundry facilities and outdoor garden space

Each home has been designed to offer a practical and welcoming environment, making them ideal for both short visits and extended stays.

  • We had a weekend stay at Thats Amore, which went very well. We were visiting friends in Sandbach, so did not spend that much time in the house but it appeared to be well equipped for anyone's needs. It was warm, comfortable and 100% spotlessly clean. The bathroom, whilst modest in size, had a lovely overhead shower. The house is in a residential street about a mile from the Town centre, with off street parking on the drive. There was also a nice garden at the rear. The decor throughout was modern and all very new. Communications with the Host were very good, with very clear and friendly instructions. The Wifi was good and the property felt safe and secure. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.    Mr Hogg
